Ben Pakulski Mi40X Review


At the moment (Autumn 2014) I use Ben Pakulski’s training methods. As a quite old man I prefer train my muscles with moderate weights and strict sets, but not my ego and hurt my joints with heavier weights with lousy sets. I want to be a some kind of natural bodybuilder not powerlifter or weightlifter. 

I warmly recommend Mi40X to you, if you are an intermediate or advanced trainer.
